This Cookie Policy explains how Picko, operated by HYGGO PTY LTD, uses cookies and similar technologies on picko.com.au. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device when you visit. They help the website remember things like whether you're signed in and what's in your cart. We also use similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels and scripts, which work in a similar way. In this policy we call them all "cookies".
Some cookies are set by Picko ("first-party cookies"). Others are set by service providers we use, such as our payment providers ("third-party cookies").
These cookies are needed for Picko to work, and can't be switched off in our systems. They are used to:
These remember choices you make, such as your region or recently viewed items, to make your visit easier.
These help us understand how people use Picko – for example, which pages are visited, how people find products and where errors occur – so we can improve the website. Where possible, we use aggregated or de-identified information for this.
If we use marketing cookies, they help us measure how well our advertising works and show you more relevant Picko ads on other websites. We don't use these to show you ads from other companies on Picko.
You can control cookies in several ways:
If you block essential cookies, parts of Picko – such as signing in, your cart and checkout – may not work.
Some cookies collect information that may identify you, such as your IP address or account ID. We handle this information in line with our Privacy Policy. Some of our service providers may process cookie information outside Australia.
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use or when the law changes. The current version will always be on this page.
If you have questions about cookies, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request".
