30-day returns

Changed your mind? You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email cs@picko.com.au with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
2. Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Send the item back to us in its original condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when it is done.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
